The International Festival of Authors brings incredible writers from all over the world to Canada, and D+Q is thrilled to have Adrian Tomine with his new Killing and Dying-now in its second week on The New York Times bestseller list- as well as Jillian Tamaki, Dylan Horrocks, and Seth participating in events in both Toronto and St. Catharines this weekend and next! Saturday, October 24th: IFOA at the Harbourfront Center in Toronto (That's tomorrow, folks!)

1 pm: SUPER TRUTHS
The Fleck Dance Theatre (207 Queens Quay West)

A short story collection, a graphic novel and a work of literary fiction—writers Tim Conley, Jillian Tamaki and Sarah Winman discuss exaggerating reality, magic and their strange and wonderful most recent books. Brent Bambury moderates.

4 pm: IN CONVERSATION WITH JAMI ATTENBERG AND ADRIAN TOMINE

Buzzed-about American authors Jami Attenberg and Adrian Tomine come together to discuss their highly anticipated new works with interviewer Sue Carter. Killing and Dying was also reviewed in this week's NOW.
