"Living on the moon…Whatever were we thinking? ...It seems so silly now.”

Out just in time for San Diego Comic-Con are super-advanced copies of the much anticipated Mooncop—Tom Gauld’s latest compact masterpiece. Officially in-stores this September, Gauld’s deadpan adventures of a policeman living on the moon are both hilarious and melancholy; our protagonist’s journey taking him from one side of his moon colony to the next, his days getting quieter and slightly lonelier. Depicted in the distinctive, matter-of-fact style of his beloved Guardian strips, Gauld captures essential truths about humanity, making this a story of the past, present, and future, all in one.

During Comic-Con (July 20th-24th) lucky attendees will have the opportunity to not only pick up a super-advanced copy of Mooncop before its release date, but will received editions with a brand new Tom Gauld-designed bookplate! Get ‘em while they’re hot. For more details, find our complete schedule here.
